Villa del Mar is a renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with breathtaking unobstructed views. Fall asleep with the sounds of the waves crashing at night, you really cant get any closer than this. Sit back and relax on your private balcony, enjoy the tropical beach views and amazing sunsets. Walk to the beach, pool, two onsite beachside restaurants, beach bar and water sport rentals all on the property. Conveniently located on desirable east end only 5 minutes away from Red Hook and St John Ferry.

Getting around

I definitely recommend renting a vehicle, you will have your designated parking space. There are many taxis available within walking distance if you choose not to rent a vehicle. There are no sidewalks on most of the roads so its not safe to walk.

Guests will receive a pool pass that needs to be returned at check out.
Trash can be left outside the front door for pickup Monday - Friday between 7am - 2pm only no overnight trash left outside please.
No smoking or vaping allowed if done you will be fine.
There's a foot-bath at the entrance please wash off any sand before entering.
Please treat our home as nicely as you would your own.
No parties or events
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

No smoking or vaping otherwise will forfeit security deposit.
