Semper Finally is an oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo that sleeps 8. Villa Capriani has multiple pools, hot tub, soaker pool and a restaurant that's a local favorite. Spend your day swimming, watching dolphins frolic, hunting for shark's teeth and much more. What's up with the name Semper Finally? Well, we're a Marine Corps family that finally found our slice of paradise here on Topsail Island. We can't wait for you to experience it as well!

There are two bedrooms and two full baths. In the master bedroom there's a king bed. In the second bedroom there are two queen size beds. There's also a queen pull out sofa in the living room.

Pools are open pending inspections. If your reservation is near the dates, please reach out to confirm the pool will be open if you plan to use this amenity. There will be no compensation for a pool/hot tub that is not open.

This property requires a $59 non-refundable damage protection insurance policy. We will happily substitute this charge for a fully refundable $500 security deposit upon request. Please contact us for details or to ask for that change in your price quote.

The property does not allow animals per the HOA.

The HOA schedules pest treatment the last Thursday of every month. The maintenance crew will knock before entering.

We are a local family and will be available via the Airbnb app when needed. Entry is keyless entry and we will provide your code the day before your arrival.
