Villa Aqua is a recently completed contemporary 2 story villa situated on a raised bluff in the private gated estate of Indigo Bay and within walking distance to the beach.

The equal size upstairs bedrooms are generously proportioned with queen size beds, while downstairs the bedrooms with queen size beds are slightly larger, and are perfect for multiple couples travelling together.

The property is fully fenced with a gated driveway, security cameras and parking for three cars.

The spacious lofted ceiling great room flows from kitchen to living room and the large sliding glass doors open onto the expansive pool terrace on the ocean side, and a garden patio on the hillside. Ceiling fans and A/C ensures that the open living room stays cool. The covered terrace with ceiling fans is home to an al fresco dining table seating eight with gas grill and lounge seating, both just steps from the saltwater infinity edge pool, and sun lounger terrace. The garden patio provides a shady afternoon seating area.

The European kitchen has all the amenities needed such as a stove, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee tea maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher and all the pots and pans to either prepare a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner and large kitchen island with bar stools.

The living room is modernly furnished with air-conditioning and a flat screen TV. The sitting area opens up to the terrace where you have an outside sitting area to enjoy the fresh air and the views. The interior dining area can accommodate 8 persons comfortably.

Pool & Beach:

A large infinity pool surrounded by lounge chairs for the guests to sun bathe and soak in the pool overlooking the beautiful ocean. The outside area has a dining table, outside sitting area and a BBQ.
