Owner lives on the property.The simple, air-conditioned studio flat of 18 m2 is located on the ground floor of a detached house, surrounded by greenery, with a terrace overlooking the garden. The area is quiet, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday. The famous sandy beach of Zambratija is only 300 metres away and can be easily reached on foot, the grocery shop is 200 metres away. Ideal accommodation for couples looking for a relaxing break.
Welcome to our modest studio flat on the ground floor of a family house in Zambratija, a charming fishing village near Umag.
This simple but comfortable accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. You will find a comfortable double bed (140x190), a night lamp, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a dining table with two chairs. The air conditioning guarantees a pleasant climate throughout your stay. The small kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine and a washing machine.
The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin with mirror, a toilet, a hairdryer and an outside window for good ventilation. Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly for your comfort.
On the terrace, equipped with a table and two chairs, you can enjoy relaxing moments and enjoy the view of the surrounding garden. It is ideal for enjoying a delicious breakfast in the morning or sipping a glass of Istrian wine in the evening.
Free parking in front of the house ensures comfort and peace during your stay.
* The owners with a good-natured dog live in the same house on the first floor.
* Pets (max. 1) up to 10kg are allowed upon prior request for a daily supplement payable in cash on arrival.
* Smoking is permitted on the terrace and outdoors, while smoking is not permitted indoors.
* We kindly ask our dear guests:
- to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- use the accommodation equipment with care,
- leave empty containers behind and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to notify the owner of any damage caused, whereby the owner will demand payment of the costs in cash after careful assessment of the damage before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys.
* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of the stay.

The flat is located in Zambratija, a small fishing village full of excellent restaurants offering a wide variety of fish dishes. The area is unique for its well-equipped sandy beach, which is ideal for children and where you can rent deckchairs and parasols. The Destino bar on the beach is a great place to spend the evenings relaxing and admiring the sea and the marvellous sunsets while enjoying delicious drinks from the bar. The small grocery shop with adjoining bar is perfect for morning coffee. The area offers the opportunity to take walks along the seafront or go cycling. The location is quiet and sunny, only 5 km from the centre of Umag. In the surrounding area there are various sports facilities, excellent restaurants with fish dishes, pizzerias and beach bars.
