no youth groups.This luxurious villa is located only a few meters from the small sandy beach in little village Vantačići near Malinska, on island of Krk.It can comfortably accommodate 10-11 people in five bedrooms with bathrooms.Large living room with sea view, fireplace, dining table and kitchen are providing the necessary comfort during your stay in the villa.The main terrace overlooking the sea, has a round stone table for 12 people, and mostly in the shade makes your stay pleasant even on the hottest days. Lawn bordered by olive and fig tree divides pool from the sea, which is located along the boundary wall of the plot, close to the sea. By the swimming pool there is a sun deck with rattan cushions and stone paved terrace . Along the side of the terrace is another lawn with a barbecue grill, stone worktop and sink.On the second floor there is a large terrace with rattan sofas, which is on windy days protected from the wind by a glass wall.On the street side there is another lawn and parking space for several vehicles.Small sandy beach and boat berth are only a few steps from the villa. Inside if the villa offers a living room with dining area and fireplace, kitchen, pantry with extra refrigerator, four bedrooms with king size bed, one bedroom with two single beds, 5 bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi), central heating , TV, WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher. Your pets are welcome. There is also possibility to arrange the full service in the house (with extra cost).
