Located on the site of Hawaii's first sugar plantation, this top floor condo features all the modern comforts of home perfect for the ideal relaxing beach adventure on Kauai. Newly installed A/C unit is in the living room to keep you comfortable when more than the trade wind breeze is needs. Stay in one of the only a handful of units at Kiahuna Plantation to have been upgraded to include it's own Washer & Dryer.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the back lanai and soak in the incredible views or evening sunset. Stroll along the famous Moir Gardens nestled among the resort. Or walk across the screen to Little Fish Coffee for your favorite cup of coffee or an acai bowl. It's worth the wait! You'll find a variety of restaurants and shops within minutes from the resort. An amazing farmer's market on Wednesday's down the street at the Kuhuilui Shopping Center. Be sure to stop by the Sugarloaf Pineapple stand - it's a must have treat on the island.

Location, Location, Location: You're a quick two minute walk to the beach. Stop by the beach hut for complimentary chairs and towels. Sign up for surf lesson or rent a boogie board. Our unit offers two chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear, portable cooler and boogie boards for your use on the resort or on one of the many beautiful beaches on Kauai. Poipu Beach and Lawai beach are close by and great spots for snorkeling or watching sea turtles and sea lions.

You'll have free access to the member's only Poipu Beach Athletic Club across the street. Club membership provides you with access to one of the island's only fitness centers with a cardio room and weight pavilion; use of the resort pool, waterslide, hot tub, and sand-bottomed kiddie section; tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts; shuffleboard; yoga and water aerobics classes; and more!

Complimentary parking is right outside the unit. On-site laundry facility for the resort and outdoor barbeques and picnic tables are scattered throughout the property.

Kiahuna Plantation is a pet-free resort. No dog(s) or other animals are allowed in the unit.

Our on-site Property Manager, Castle Resorts, will help you check-in to the unit and assist in any additional housekeeping or maintenance needs that you may have. They are also a great resource for recommendations or referrals for babysitters etc if needed.

For stays of 10+ days, an additional $95+tax mid-stay cleaning fee will be charged after booking. This is a requirement of our property manager. This is a separate fee from the $275 check-out cleaning fee charged at the time of booking.
Additional cleaning options during your stay are available from our property manager for an additional charge. Please inquire about additional housekeeping services available. We are happy to coordinate those in advance.
