Our building is secured 24/7 by a keyless fob system. You'll receive two fobs that provide access to the lobby and our elevator. A unique door code will be sent to you on the arrival day for access to our unit on the eighth floor.
When you arrive, you will need to register with our HOA via a QR code/Google Form and provide contact information and your rental car license plate number/details. Cars not registered may be towed, without warning, at the discretion of the building manager. The contact information provided may also be used in the event of a building emergency, allowing our HOA and building manager to reach all occupants and ensure their safety.
Please reach out to us via the Airbnb messaging app with any questions or needs during your visit. You'll also find contact information for our local property manager should you need emergency assistance.
This unit comes with a dedicated assigned parking space in the basement of the building. It is conveniently located next to the lower-level elevator lobby for easy loading/unloading and access to the building.
We've included a photo of our parking spot in the "Additional Photos section". We recommend renting an "Intermediate SUV" or smaller vehicle. Ex. Chevy Equinox, Honda CR-V, Toyota Rav-4. Minivans and Jeep Wranglers have also been parked in the space. Guests with larger vehicle requirements are responsible for arranging their own parking off-site at their own expense.
Waikiki is one of the most exciting and popular areas in Honolulu—full of life, energy, and things to do day and night. While that means you'll never run out of restaurants, shops, and entertainment nearby, it also means there can be some city noise. Our condo is located on the quieter end of Waikiki, on the 8th floor, with dual-pane windows. This helps reduce noise quite a bit and provides additional comfort and sound-proofing. If you're here to soak up everything Waikiki has to offer, you'll love the location!
Elevator Access:
Please note that the building has only one elevator. While it's very reliable, in the rare event of a power outage or mechanical issue, access would be limited to the stairwell, which means walking up or down 10 flights. This is highly uncommon, but we want to be upfront for guests who may have mobility concerns.
