Unit 3 is a renovated second floor unit of a triplex with ideal location in KDH. 4 min bike ride or 10 min walk to beach/sound. Off of Third St which has a stop light w/ crosswalk. Restaurants, Target, Wright Brothers Museum, Food Lion, movie theatre, Wawa, mini golf and shopping within walking distance. Screened Porch. Kitchen stocked with dishes, glasses, pots/pans, etc. Full size appliances, comfy bedrooms, smart TV's and washer/dryer. Perfect location for relaxation!

The space
Welcome to your newly renovated coastal getaway, designed for comfort and easy beach living. This bright and airy unit features brand new flooring throughout, an updated kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops, and a spacious main living area that’s perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

The home offers two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed plus a trundle, making it ideal for families or small groups. All rooms have smart TV's, come fully stocked with sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. The bathroom has been fully updated, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining in.

Step outside and enjoy the screened-in porch, or take advantage of the fun outdoor shower surrounded by greenery and flowers. The backyard is set up for making memories with a firepit area, picnic table, and charcoal grill, perfect for evenings under the stars. Guests also enjoy complimentary bike use, making it easy to explore the area. Beach gear, chairs and umbrellas free to use.

Located just a 10-minute walk or 5 min bike ride to the beach and close to the sound, you’ll also have access to miles of scenic walking paths nearby. Shopping, restaurants, and local attractions are all just minutes away, giving you the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience.

The property is a triplex and there will be guests vacationing in the other units. The outdoor area, bikes, outdoor shower and laundry are shared by other guests. Washer / dryer located on ground level.

We do have a ring camera only on the front of the house for guests protection and to monitor the street and parking. There are no cameras on the side of the house or back yard.

Guest access
Yard space is available to all guests including Unit 1 & 2.

You will share a washer/ dryer with Unit 2. If there are clothes left in the washer or dryer for an extended period of time that belong to another guest, let us know and we will send a reminder message to remove them.

Bike/ Beach Gear storage room is available to all guests. Items are on a first come first serve basis. Return the items to the storage room once finished with them. Please try to return items to where you found them so the room stays neat accessible for other guests. If something breaks, no worries, just let us know and we will replace it.

Other things to note
The unit is a triplex and is on the second level, you will be climbing stairs to access the unit. Be mindful of other guests. We offer sound machines for sleeping to cut down on any potential noise that you may hear around the property. You will likely encounter other guests as you are coming and going.

Parking is shared with all units. Each unit will have a row in the driveway that fits 2 cars. Unit 3 will park in the third space to the right (closest space to the big chair).

Guests will also share the outdoor shower that is located under the stairs. Please do not leave any clothing or towels in the shower.

There is no dishwasher in this unit.
