Unforgettable Dreams Cabin - Beech Mountain

This is an inviting cabin with character, very charm and cozy. Natural design accents and rustic elements. Less than a mile away from Beech Mountain Ski Resort. Living room features stone wood burning fire place. The well prepare kitchen has everything guests need to prepare a meal. Two cozy bedrooms are located downstairs with a queen size bed. Upstairs guest will find a loft bedroom with two twin beds and three extra roll away cots.

The space
Our cabin is PET FRIENDLY! Two small/medium pet under 50 pounds. Pets are to be housed in a crate inside of cabin when Guests are away from cabin. Guests are
completely responsible and liable for any damage, caused by their pet(s), to the cabin and its premises during their stay. EVERY CABIN IS CHECKED FOR DAMAGE AFTER EVERY DEPARTURE. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture or bedding. All pet waste on cabin grounds must be picked up, bagged and placed in trash prior to guest departure. Do not allow pets to urinate or defecate inside the cabin or on porches.

LINENS - Cabin is supplied with bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows. These items are not changed during your stay. Any damages to linens, blankets pillows and towels due to misuse will result in replacement charges to Guest's credit card. Towels are not to be used for pets, washing cars, etc. Linens and blankets are not to be used for pets. If you need these items for your pets, you must bring them with you.

MOUNTAIN ANIMALS: Deers, Coyotes, Bears, Turkey, Possum, Raccoons, Ladybugs, Carpenter Bees, Wasps, Scorpions, rodents, Ticks, Ants, Chiggers, etc. may be encountered in the mountains. BEARS ARE ACTIVE IN THIS AREA, do NOT approach them, you’re responsible for your safety. There is no refund for the presence of typical North Carolina mountain creatures.

PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, you are expected to tidy up the home, put the dirty dishes (do NOT place pots/pans or sharp knives in dishwasher) in the dishwasher with detergent and start cycle, leave the sheets on the bed, put dirty bath towels bagged on the floor in the bathroom. Please use metal bin in front of property to dispose trash.
DO NOT leave bagged trash outside at any time. There’s a charge of $125 if trash is found in property.

Other things to note
From the time of your arrival, you have two hours to inspect your rental unit. Please make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged, do so at that time. After the first two hours, it is assumed that you are accepting the property and there will be no refunds or adjustments made to your bill for any reason. If it's late when you arrive, you have till 10:00 am the next day to contact us (via email, or office phone). NO REFUNDS will be made for breakdown or malfunction of appliances (stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, televisions, VCRs/DVD players, cable/Satellite, game systems); heaters; fireplaces; the presence of insects; critters or wildlife; acts of God; INCLEMENT WEATHER; location of rental; loss of electrical power; water; cable; or other utilities; or the CONDITIONS of roadways/DRIVEWAYS leading to the rental unit. I highly recommend DO NOT attempt going up THE DRIVEWAY during winter time due to snow/ ice. Get tire chains installed.
NO REFUNDS will be made after you check-in and/or take possession of the key for any reason. IF you experience any cleaning issues, be sure to contact management immediately so we can remedy the issue. IF we don't hear anything from you during your stay, we assume everything is good and you are satisfied and accept any issues with your rental. Once you check out, there will be NO REFUNDS or rate adjustments AFTER you check out, no exceptions. This property DOES NOT count with A/C unit OR stove oven. There’s a large capacity counter oven.

Remember it’s very likely that someone is checking in the same day you check out so we have to get the house ready for the next guest between checkout 10am and check in 4pm.

We expect that our property is going to be returned to in the condition that it was rented out in.
You don’t have to clean but, tidy up the house before your departure. Extra fees will be charge if the house is left dirtier than normal.
