The space

Locally owners and hosts we stock home with everything you could need to make your stay memorable and restful. We pride ourselves in providing from toiletries to a flat iron to hosting platters and turkey trays. Home is well shaded and in a HOA neighborhood surrounded with oak trees and stands out from the rest of lubbock.

Home is also decorated around holidays with seasonal decor.

Guest access
No garage. There may be a locked closet/cabinets for storage. There is about 4 spaces of off street parking and a whole side street that is located on a private drive, safely nestled in a HOA surrounded by brick walls

Other things to note
The community fee represents a 7% hotel tax required by the city of lubbock and any guest whether in a hotel or airbnb is required to pay. Airbnb submits a 5% state of texas tax directly, which is the tax fee.

We are 1.4 miles to texas Tech stadium!

Additional Charges: $200 for evidence of smoking inside. No use of soaps, bath products, food or alcohol are to be found in the hot tub, hot tub cover left open overnight, the renter will be charged $75. Damage noted to hot tub will result in a $250 charge.

Pool only accessible with host presence: open Memorial day to labor day annually. Pool is 4.5 block walk away. Opens 10 am- 9 pm Tues -sat, 10-6 Sundays. No pool access for unregistered guests. No alcohol, glass or smoking allowed. Under 16 years needs adult supervision.
