The holiday flat is in a central yet quiet location.
The private, uncovered terrace and the separate lawn in front of the holiday flat, with garden table, garden chairs, parasol and barbecue invite you to barbecue and sunbathe. A car parking space is available.
The flat offers space for up to four people, was completed in 2008 and has a separate entrance. All rooms have tiled or laminate flooring. There is also a separate wood-burning stove in the living room. The patio door with floor-to-ceiling window offers a marvellous view of the Goldberg. Satellite TV and DVD player are available. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, the holiday flat also has a large sofa bed, which can sleep two people if required, and an additional extra bed. The small eat-in kitchen is equipped with a cooker including oven and ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and a dishwasher. A highchair is available. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom with shower and WC. The entire flat is equipped with underfloor heating.
A children's playground with slide and climbing frame is just 50 metres from the house. Another modern playground is also only 600 metres away. In addition to bakeries, banks, pubs and restaurants, there is also a hairdresser nearby.
Birresborn is located in the middle of the volcanic Eifel in one of the most beautiful parts of the Kyll valley at 350 metres above sea level. Surrounded by Goldberg (523 m), Dachsberg (548 m) and the Kalem volcano (509 m), Birresborn offers tourists all the beauty and advantages of the Volcanic Eifel. Hikers and mountain bikers will find many interesting challenges in this Eifel village thanks to the immediate proximity of the holiday flat to the forest and the well-marked hiking trails and mountain bike trails. The municipal area is wooded with mixed mountain forests that invite you to take long walks and hikes. The River Kyll, which is a paradise for fly fishermen, is within easy reach. The Kyll valley cycle path leads directly through the beautiful village. For relaxed but also challenging cycling, the Kyll valley cycle path, which has a total distance of 130 km, offers a varied nature experience. Bicycles can be hired from the local bicycle dealer right next to the holiday flat. Due to the winding roads, motorcyclists are also thrilled by the tours in the Eifel and the Nürburgring is only a few kilometres away! In addition to the many hiking trails and the possibility of guided hikes, the proximity to the Eifelsteig is ideal for hikers.
You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. These are included in the service package. Internet (WLAN) available on site by prior arrangement. A changing table is available and a baby cot is available on request.
