This charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home is the ultimate stay for families, couples, wedding groups, bikers, and outdoor enthusiasts looking for a relaxing stay in a luxurious home. Just a short scenic walk or bike ride to The Back 40 and Blowing Springs Trails, this home is located in a quite cul-de-sac with peaceful views from the back deck where you can enjoy the local wildlife.
The space
Guests will have access to the entire house that sleeps 6 people (1 King bed and 2 Queen beds). The back deck spans across the entire back of the house where you are sure to see the deer that visit daily.
There is a firepit and BBQ available for guests. A bike repair station is in the garage for any repairs between rides, as well as bike storage. Parking is available in the garage and the driveway.
We are a short scenic walk through the trails to Gear Garden, a vibrant local spot featuring live music, food trucks, events, and even a cozy on-site coffee shop.

Blowing Springs Trail: This 4-mile hiking and mountain biking trail is accessible via the Back 40 trail at the Kingsland road crossing around the corner from the house. It offers stunning views of the Ozark Mountains and the surrounding natural beauty. The trail features challenging climbs, technical descents, and a beautiful waterfall. Be sure to stop in at the Gear Garden for a beer or other refreshments.
Back 40 Trail: Just around the corner from the house, this 22-mile mountain biking trail offers a challenging ride through the scenic Ozark Mountains. The trail features technical terrain, steep climbs, and fast descents, and is suitable for intermediate and advanced riders. The trail offers stunning views of the surrounding natural beauty.
Slaughter Pen Trail: Only 3 miles away from the house and accessible via Blowing Springs Park, the trail system offers 25+ miles of interconnected trails for all skill levels winding through the scenic Ozark Mountains and offers stunning views of the Bentonville. Be sure to check out the OZ Castle!

Gear Garden: Very unique beer garden surrounded by miles of dirt and paved trails, the Gear Garden offers live music and a great atmosphere for hikers and bikers. Gear Garden is an easy ride or hike from the house in Blowing Spring park.
Grindstone Coffee: Fresh brews, locally made Sourdough bagels, homemade Italian Biscuits, and Orange Scones, good vibes, and smiles all morning and afternoon. About a 10 minute walk from the house, and also located in the in Blowing Springs park.
Peel Museum: Historic Italianate family home is a museum with artifacts dating back to the 1800s. Visit the gorgeous botanical garden that surrounds the Museum. Explore the seven gardens.
The Railyard Bike Park: World-class bike park in Rogers with various elements allowing riders of any skill level to enjoy the park.
The OZ Trails Bike Park will feature 20 miles of gravity trails, a high-speed quad lift, bike rentals, retail, a restaurant, and large-scale art installations. It’s located at the intersection of Bentonville & Bella Vista. It is the first non skiing MTN bike park with lifts in the nation! Opening in the summer of 2026.

Bentonville First Friday: Each month Bentonville celebrates with a huge block party in the Bentonville square which is only 7 miles from the house. Food trucks, breweries, live music and so much more. You will find many local businesses with booths to visit. Runs from 11am-9pm.
