ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and combines modern comfort with thoughtful design. I have made an effort to turn the space into a real marvel.

The open sleeping, dining, and cooking area feels bright and inviting thanks to the large windows. The foldable dining table is ready in case you decide against one of the restaurants at the Town Hall Square and want to eat in the apartment. This happens rarely, but it does occur. ;)

THE ROOMS

In the bedroom, a king-size bed ensures restful sleep. In the living area, there is a high-quality 140 cm BRUNO sofa bed that easily transforms into a comfortable bed: perfect for up to two children or one adult. If you book for three, we will prepare the sofa bed before your arrival. If you are traveling alone or as a couple, it remains folded, and the space serves as a living and working room. Even in the unfolded state, the room does not feel cluttered — relaxed working remains easily possible.

A 50" smart TV is mounted on the ceiling and can be conveniently used from the bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, suitable for daily needs as well as longer stays. If something is missing: just send me a quick message, and I usually take care of it right away! ◡̈

You will receive an access code for the apartment, which is created individually for the duration of your trip. You can enter the apartment 24/7. It is a self-check-in.

I appreciate every contact with my guests but also respect their privacy. You can reach me anytime by phone, or via SMS, iMessage, or common messengers.
