Your car is safely and free of charge right at the house while you explore the city on foot.

The city center invites you to stroll with its charming alleys, boutiques, and cafés. Here, you can experience the true Augsburg lifestyle up close.

Even without a car, you are well connected: The main train station is just a few minutes away and offers quick connections to Munich or the surrounding area.

After an eventful day, you return to your urban oasis – with the luxury of your own terrace right in the center. A place to toast together, breathe, and enjoy.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment is generously sized and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It combines modern design with practical functionality, ideal for groups or families who value comfort. Lovingly furnished by me, it is designed so that while you travel together, you can always find places to retreat.

The absolute highlight is the adjacent terrace: It extends the bright living and dining area outdoors – perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening. The large dining table provides enough space for everyone if you prefer to cook for yourselves instead of testing the excellent gastronomy at the Town Hall Square.

THE ROOMS
The apartment has three separate sleeping areas for 6 guests, all with full sleeping comfort:

Bedroom 1: King-size double bed (2 persons)

Bedroom 2: King-size double bed (2 persons)

Living area: Here you will find the innovative TOJO daybed. It is not an ordinary sofa bed, but a full double bed (for 2 persons) with a real slatted frame and two high-quality mattresses that can be quickly unfolded. If you are only traveling with four, the daybed remains folded and serves as a spacious lounging area – perfect for relaxing or quietly reading the travel guide.

This ensures that all 6 guests enjoy restful sleep. During the day, the living area offers plenty of space to sit together and work without feeling cluttered.

A large smart TV provides entertainment, and the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything for 6 people is sufficiently available. And if something is missing: Just let me know!

The stylish apartment is rented out completely and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of Augsburg. There are additional apartments in the building that can be rented and are operated by us.

Parking: A private parking space is included (a rarity in the center).

Location: Central location right at the Town Hall Square (pedestrian zone).

Service: Laundry room in the basement with washing machine & dryer (free to use).

Linen: Fresh hotel bedding, sheets, and towels are included.
