Parking is available for up to three vehicles in the driveway. This property includes a dedicated EV charger for your electric vehicle. Please be aware that the driveway is shared with a neighboring property, so please be courteous and do not block their entrance/exit.

* **Mountain Driving Disclaimer:** Access to the cabin involves approximately 5 minutes of mountain driving on narrow, winding roads. Guests should drive cautiously, especially during inclement weather or at night.

* **Accessibility:** While not fully wheelchair accessible, the cabin offers several helpful features. A wide, lighted ramp provides access to the main entrance. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the main level. The main-level bathroom has a standard-height toilet and a walk-in shower with a small step to enter and a removable shower head; it does not have grab bars or seating.

* **Wildlife:** You are in a mountain setting and may encounter local wildlife such as bears, raccoons, and deer. Please secure all food, dispose of trash properly in the provided receptacles, and never feed the animals.

* **Safety:** For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras (facing outwards for property monitoring), smoke alarms, and a first aid kit.

* **Driveway:** The cabin shares a driveway with another property. Please be considerate and adhere to the three-vehicle limit to ensure access for all.
