Tiki Time is perfect for couple or small families. The Dawn condo and a resort like feel with two pools , hot tub, gym and BBQ areas. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and Galveston's main attractions.

Enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from Tiki Time’s private 3rd floor balcony at this spacious, well-appointed 3rd floor (no elevator) one bedroom/ 1 Bath condo which is part of a fully gated oceanfront Community, ‘The Dawn Beach Condominiums’ in Galveston.

The modern fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, full size refrigerator with icemaker and granite counter tops. It's stocked with pots, pans, dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. We are so close to so many delicious places to eat, if you don't feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or at one of the Dawn pools.

The living area has a TV + Xfinity Cable, Highspeed WIFI and a queen sleeper sofa.

The spacious bedroom has a king size bed, tv and large walk-in closet. The bathroom can be accessed by the living area which is great when sharing the space. There’s also a full-size washer/dryer.

Step out onto the balcony for early morning views of the water and sunrise or it's the perfect spot to unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage.

The Dawn is a secure facility with where all doors and gates are opened with a door codes. There is ample parking, HAO requests no trailers. The pools, hot tub and gym are open all year round. The fountain pool (in view of Tiki Time) is heated, and the lagoon pool has a hot tub and a grilling area. And to top it all off, Babe’s Beach is right across the street, with access from the stop light at the corner of the property.

We offer contactless entry to the condo, you will have access to the two pools, hot tub, gym & BBQ areas.

The community does have a safe and secure parking lot which is gated and secure. Galveston is spread out so we recommend driving or Uber to the different areas especially The Strand if not wanting to drive. You can also renting bikes on the Seawall or walk to the restaurants, beach within walking distance

*The condo is on the third floor; guests must be able to navigates stairs as NO Elevators

*The Dawn requires a $40 fee per vehicle upon arrival for up to 3 days stay, ($50 for any longer). 2 car max. This includes the wrist bands for access to the pools, which must be worn when accessing the pool.

*The pool doesn't open until 1pm on Monday (for maintenance).
