This cute beach home is a perfect vacation retreat for couples and small families. Our home is spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. We are a short walk away from the pedestrian beach and the Jetty.

Come and a enjoy a slower placed life, relax listen to the waves and enjoy our little bit of paradise at the beach!

You'll find Lazy Dayz to be spacious and ideal for both couples and small families. Newly painted turquoise, new deck railing and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy.

We have room to sleep 7 (6 Adult max) a covered deck with seating, BBQ & picnic table under the home for you to enjoy.

Spacious kitchen with a dining area and a large living space which is perfect for small groups to spend time together.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare wonderful family meals. including drip coffee maker, Keurig, slow cooker, rice cooker, large pots, frying pans, electric pan, Kitchen Aid mixer and blenders.

Surfside water is not suitable to drink or cook with, but we do have a whole house filter and under the kitchen sink reverse osmosis which provides you with drinking/cooking water. There's also a 5-gallon hot/cold water dispenser

We have two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a King size luxury Organic Saatva mattress, our second bedroom has a Twin over Full size bunk and a Full-size bed. Both rooms have access to our full bathroom. You'll also have access to a washer and dryer.

WIFI is available throughout the home.

Smart TV in both living room and second bedroom. Guests can log into their own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu accounts to stream movies and shows.

The pedestrian beach is a short walk away, there's a hot/cold outdoor shower for you to use after visiting the beach.

Downstairs you'll find a BBQ grill and large picnic table, enjoy a game of darts and relax in the hammock. There's also a swing for the kids to enjoy.

Friendly reminders:

Dogs allowed with paid non refundable pet fee $100 - no other pets. 2 dog max. Please bring own dog beds/crate. Don't leave home alone unless crated. We have a gate at the top of the stairs to keep you pet secure.

Our home is not available for parties or large gatherings. We market to families and groups of friends seeking to relax and enjoy the peace that only a true beach vacation can provide.

Max number of people is 7 (6 Adults max)

Day visitors only allowed on the property with prior approval.

Hurricane/storm Policy - Hurricane/storm Policy - Please check your credit card to be sure you have trip cancellation/interruption insurance. If not, Guest should consider purchasing it in case of emergency, illness, or bad weather, etc., as there is no refund policy outside of our cancellation policy. Refunds are only issued if we have a mandatory evacuation in our area.

You have access to the whole house except for locked owners' cupboard. No access to our garage.

Check in 4pm, checkout 11am

We are located in a quiet neighborhood with full time residence and weekenders around us.
The Village is golf cart friendly; I can provide contact information if wanting to rent one, We are a short walk to the pedestrian beach, Nature trail and Jetty (which is a great place to fish from or see you may even see Dolphins at the end and to watch the large tankers coming into the port.

Surfside has a selection of bars/restaurants, Gas station and a couple of small Grocery stores

Surfside is easy to get around either by walking, car or Golf Cart. Short walk to the pedestrian beach.

5% Village of Surfside Beach Hotel/Motel tax (Registration # 10381) is included as "Management fee"

We have one recording security camera looking onto the drive only

There is a whole house filter and reverse osmosis under the sink which provides drinkable water, Surfside water is not potable. We also have a water dispenser which can be refilled at city hall.

We do not provide beach towels, please bring your own.

Our home is located near the beach and is located in a hot, humid, tropical climate. We do spray for bugs and mosquitos monthly; However, we cannot control mother nature so a few bugs may still get into the home. Please keep open food and crumbs off the counter and floors to help prevent bugs during your stay. please keep doors closed to prevent letting bugs in the home.

Please consider purchasing trip insurance , no refund will be issues outside of our cancellation policy , no date changes offered.
