The Venice Beachwood 3 - Los Angeles County

Ecoboutiquehomes presents:
A Garden by the Sea

Tucked quietly behind the energy of the Venice Boardwalk, this ground-floor mid-century apartment opens into its own private garden oasis — a green pocket where the city gives way to calm. Step through glass doors into a deck surrounded by trees, dine beneath their branches, and let the fairy lights above set the mood. The sound of waves drifts in from just a block away, mixing with soft laughter and the crackle of the firepit.

Here, evenings become slow and social — meals stretch out, stories are shared, and guests find themselves grounded in that effortless Venice rhythm.

The Space

The apartment is part of a classic Venice fourplex, designed with the clean lines and functional comfort of mid-century style. Inside you’ll find:

Eames seating & distinctive artwork: Mid-century furnishings sit alongside works by Nam June Paik, Joseph Beuys, and Verner Panton, adding character, color, and a connection to Venice’s creative spirit.

Organic linens & warm textures: A conscious, eco-minded approach to comfort.

Open-plan living area: Flooded with natural light, adaptable for work, dining, or downtime.

Two private bedrooms: Each designed for tranquility, blending vintage design with modern simplicity. the larger bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

Every detail was chosen to balance creativity and rest — ideal for digital nomads, founders, and those looking to reset by the coast.

The Garden

The new addition transforms the experience entirely. The private patio and garden are exclusive to the apartment, featuring:

Outdoor dining table under tree canopy lighting

Gas firepit surrounded by lounge seating

String lights that create a soft, cinematic glow

Native plants & herbs that thrive in the coastal breeze

By day, the space invites coffee and work sessions outdoors; by night, it becomes a serene escape — warm, lit, and alive.

Neighborhood & Location

The apartment sits between the best of Venice — just off the Boardwalk, and within easy walking distance of Abbot Kinney and Rose Avenue.

Cafés & Food: Great White, Gjusta, Eggslut, and The Butcher’s Daughter are nearby.

Wellness & Creative Spaces: Across from Hume Wellness Club and steps from Venice Lighthouse, the new creative campus for content makers.

Lifestyle: Surfboards and bikes provided for exploring the coast; yoga mats for early mornings.

It’s a short ride to Santa Monica, a stroll to the Venice Canals, and just minutes from the energy that makes this neighborhood iconic.

Design Philosophy

This home follows the EcoBoutiqueHomes approach: mindful luxury with minimal impact. You’ll find energy-efficient appliances, natural cleaning products, and zero-waste systems throughout. Every element, from furniture to fabrics, reflects a conscious balance between aesthetics and sustainability.

Who It’s For

The space attracts travelers who work remotely, create, and recharge intentionally — not tourists chasing noise, but professionals seeking a sense of place. Think: the writer finishing a script, the designer sketching new ideas, the founder taking a week to clear their head.

The Experience

Mornings begin with coffee on the patio, light filtering through the trees. Midday might bring a walk along the beach or a session at NeueHouse. Evenings are for slow dinners outside, wine glasses catching the glow of fairy lights, waves faintly audible beyond the street.

It’s a rhythm - work and play, inspiration and rest, privacy and connection - wrapped in Venice’s creative energy.
