1. Pool Heating: The pool is heated to 75-80°F year-round at no extra cost. For a warmer temperature, additional heating is available for a fee of $65 per day (recommended Nov 1
May 1), weather permitting. Please request this service at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
2. Propane: The grill and fire pit operate using a standard portable propane tank. We provide the initial tank; however, should it run out during your stay, guests are responsible for refilling or swapping it at a local store.
3. Booking Requirements: For security and access, a valid photo ID and a mandatory e-signed rental agreement are required after booking is confirmed.
