To ensure a secure and streamlined stay, every guest age 15+ will need a personalized access card (includes photo, name). This is required for elevator use, beach gate entry, and pool towel service. A one-time administrative fee per person applies, depending on the number of cards requested. We’ll coordinate this for you in advance.
