Upon entering the gates of Sea Pines, you'll instantly feel like you're on vacation! There are over 20 miles of bike/walking trails, 3 golf courses, tennis/pickleball courts, equestrian facility, boating, kayaking, several restaurants and shops, Harbour Town, and of course, beautiful beaches.

You really can't beat the location of 'The Salty Villa'. The South Beach Marina is right next door where you'll find The Salty Dog Cafe, a legendary Hilton Head bar and restaurant with a huge outdoor area on the water with tables and live music every night. There are shops, ice cream, restaurants, and fun to be had by all! You'll also have beach access right across the street. There will be beach towels, a beach bag, beach chairs, and a cooler waiting for you to hit the...you guessed it, the beach!

Inside 'The Salty Villa' you'll find:

-Master Bedroom with a King size bed and ensuite bathroom

-Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed
