The private hot tub for 4 is an added bonus for the downstairs unit only. A Bali style outdoor shower now accompanies all guests, upstairs & down. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located downstairs apartment in Historic Butler Beach.

With the beach across the street not much else is needed! A private entrance into the two bedroom/2 bathroom with a full-size washer and dryer in the hall bathroom.

The well stocked kitchen should find you preparing all your planned and last-minute meals with ease. The comfortable front porch has a quite beachside neighborhood feel. Peekaboo views draw you too the new beach pass out front only steps away.

A brand new outdoor shared shower makes it easy to rinse before plunging into the hot tub or rinsing sand and salt from a great swim out front. There is complimentary parking for two small to mid-size vehicles max. Must park in designated parking spots

Guests will have full access to their outdoor porch and the new Hot Springs hot tub for 4 people.

All guests will enjoy the new Bali inspired outdoor shower and help maintain its neatness for one another throughout your stay.

Guests only have access to the front patio area of the downstairs apartment. The backyard of the unit is only for the upstairs guests and host when occupying the unit.

Occasionally the host is on property and occasionally working remote. Guests can inquire before arrival to confirm if needed otherwise guests will rarely see the host unless help is needed. However, your host is very friendly but not overbearing! If you have any questions and see your host, ask away! If you need something, please ask before your arrival if we have it for you or if we can supply what's needed before you arrive, we will to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
