Welcome to The Palmcation — your own private desert getaway in the heart of the Coachella Valley!

Designed for families and groups, our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 10 and has everything you need to relax, play and enjoy the California sunshine. Spend your days lounging by the private saltwater pool, unwind in the hot tub, challenge the family in the game room, or enjoy dinner and drinks outside in the large private backyard.

We're centrally located in Bermuda Dunes, tucked between La Quinta, Palm Desert, Indian Wells and Indio — giving you easy access to restaurants, shopping, golf, Acrisure Arena and everything the desert has to offer. We're also approximately 7 miles from the Coachella & Stagecoach festival grounds and 16 miles from Palm Springs International Airport.

The main living area has plenty of room to gather, with a 58" Roku TV, sofa bed, foosball table, board games and Bluetooth-compatible record player.

The dining area includes a large table with seating for the group, plus our signature Palmcation neon wall — because every desert vacation needs at least one good photo spot.

🍳 FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

Whether you're making breakfast before a pool day or dinner for the whole crew, the kitchen is stocked for a real stay — not just takeout. You'll find stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils, plus a coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, slow cooker and more.

🛏 SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Primary Bedroom: King bed, Roku TV, workspace, ensuite bathroom and sliding-door access to the pool and backyard.

Bedroom 2 – The Yellow Room: Queen bed, Roku TV and closet.

Bedroom 3 – The Turquoise Room: Queen bed, Roku TV and closet.

Bedroom 4 – The Orange Room: Two twin trundle beds for a total of four twin sleeping spaces, plus a Roku TV. The trundle beds can also function as sofas, making this a great hangout space for kids.

There is also a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping flexibility.
