We are located on the 2nd floor. There is no cable service offered at this Airbnb. All of our tv's have smart-enabled streaming capability, and all guests must log in to their own accounts. Our cleaning fee covers departure clean only. Requests for in-between-stay cleaning can be accommodated if enough notice is given for a fee. Maximum 4-person occupancy only. No pets or smoking allowed.

We require a $500 refundable security deposit for bookings longer than 30 days due within 3 days of confirmed booking. We will be sending a request through the Airbnb app.

🚫Unauthorized late checkouts are subject to a $85 charge for the first hour and $45.00/per 30 minutes increments thereafter up to a maximum of $500/day.
