The Majestic Villa - South Padre Island

Our 3-story vacation home, The Majestic Villa, is designed for entertaining and can accommodate up to ten people.

It comes complete with a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with a large kitchen island, gas cook top with griddle, built in double-wide refrigerator, double-oven along with a separate convector/toaster oven, a balcony off the kitchen door and multiple windows with beautiful views of the bay!

There are five different dining areas located throughout the second floor and off the second floor balconies, offering plenty of options for indoor or outdoor seating for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Our property is set up with bedrooms on the first floor and the third floor. This allows guests, family or friends traveling together more privacy and space, when needed.

The first floor also has a "Tiki Lounge" area with mini-fridge and bar. This lounge area stores the pool/beach items as well, with a hanging rack nearby for wet bathing suits.

Right outside the lounge patio door is the terrace and our sparkling private pool with waterfall and hot tub! We've recently added a heat pump to quickly heat the spa with the push of a button.

For your convenience, off the terrace is an outdoor bathroom and another room with a refrigerator and wet bar- so you can grab a snack, drink or use the restroom without needing to go back inside.

Our property is handicap accessible.

The second level is the living area/entertainment room, gourmet kitchen, dining area and multiple balconies. If two families or groups of friends stay, they will have privacy and space when needed.
