To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please review the following:
• Lost Remote: A $100 fee will apply for any lost TV, fan, or air-conditioner remote.
• No Smoking: This is a smoke-free home. A $250 fee will be charged for any type of smoking inside the property.
• Late Check-Out: Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Unless pre-approved, late departures will incur a $50 per hour fee.
• Extra Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will be charged $50 per person, per night.
