This ADU is located at the rear of the property. The driveway leading to the ADU is the long drive to the left of the main house. There is a tall privacy fence separating the rear yard of the main house from the space dedicated to the ADU. Please note, access to the rear yard of the main house inside the tall privacy fence is NOT allowed. Also, parking for the main house is in the front of the main house. Parking for this ADU is in the rear of the property, at the end of the long drive. If you have a very wide vehicle, please notify us beforehand as this may make accessing the ADU difficult or impossible. The main house operates as a short term rental, so there are frequent changes of guests at this house. Guests of both properties are expected to be courteous neighbors. Our cleaning team will use the main house parking area when they are on site cleaning the main house, but will need periodic short term access to the driveway to clean the rear yard of the main house. Guests of the ADU accept this shared use of the space.

As your hosts, we are available to help in any way needed. We can be reached through the app, by text, or by phone. Our housekeeping and maintenance team is also available should an unexpected need arise during your stay. Details regarding how to contact us will be sent to you after booking and before arrival.
