Lakeside @ The Harvesters - Crittenden

FOUR Bedrooms and two and a half baths in a ranch style format. Easily access with just 2 steps to the front door make it a great place for anyone with mobility concerns. 3 bedrooms (2 Kings and a bunk bed), 2 full baths, a living room, kitchen, and dining all on the first floor. On the lower level another bedroom (King bed), half bath, and huge expansive game room/media room (with sleeper sofa) is the perfect place to spend some quality time!

Outdoors is a small front yard and a decent sized, fenced in back yard with chain link fence. On the other side of the fence is a small dock and a stocked fishing lake! Feel free to bring your poles and fish as much as you like!

We have a propane grill but we do not provide the propane!

You will have access to the entire home except for a couple closets used for owners' storage.

The Harvesters is a subdivision in Crittenden, Kentucky. Crittenden sits right up against I-75 which makes North-South travel to Cincinnati or Lexington very convenient. Our home is in the front of the subdivision and is nestled right up against a small lake that is just teaming with fish! Across the highway is a drug store/convenience store, just down the street is a Dollar General, a few restaurants (Wendy's, Gold Star, McDonalds, and a few local places). It is a super convenient location for accessing all of NKY or Cincinnati.

Getting around here is going to really be only done by car. CVG Airport is about 25 miles away and there are no public buses. Uber will be happy to take you FROM the Airport or any other place in NKY to Crittenden, but it may be hard to get an Uber or cab to take you FROM Crittenden to somewhere else.

The backyard is fully fenced, but there is direct lake access. Please keep a close eye on little ones as you are responsible for the care of all in your party.
