The Downtown Dali House City of St. Petersburg - Saint Petersburg

Approx 1 mile to Park and Beach. Private Home in Downtown of St. Petersburg. Your family or whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Walk, Bike, or scoot to Salvador Dali Museum, Entertainment, Restaurants, Waterfront, Central Ave, Beach Dr, Shops and more. This house is loaded with essentials and many extras for your enjoyment. Sorry no cats. Other pets, ie, Dogs must be approved $20/dog/night or $100/dog/stay.

The space
Bright, open floor plan. All BR's are separated (split plan) for privacy. Master Suite has a King bed, 2 dressers and walk in closet and a full bath with 2 sinks. 2nd BR has 2 Xlong twins that can be adjusted to a King; 2 dressers and full length closet. 3rd BR has a Twin and trundle to sleep 2 as well a a high chest.

GETTING AROUND:
Downtown St. Pete attractions are within 2 miles from our home, many 1 mile.

There are 2 adult bikes at the house. Electric Bikes and Scooters are available throughout the City through Lime Bike share; you should be able to find one within ½ mile.

Central Ave Trolley runs from St. Pete Pier to St. Pete Beach with many stops to enjoy attractions; there is a stop one mile away from the house. St. Pete Looper runs around the City and stops near many of the attractions; there is a stop ½ mile from our home.

Albert Whitted Airport and Park and Port of St. Pete are just a mile away; you can also take the Cross Bay Ferry from there to Tampa.

You can park in front of our garage and on the street--permits are NOT required. Parking is also available throughout the downtown, and we can help you find the large parking lots and garages as well as the free parking.

For access and entry code, guests must complete and return GUEST REGISTRATION FORM with copy of State or Government approved ID's.

Pets and additional visitors are not allowed on property unless pre-approved by homeowner.

If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, we will try to accommodate you. If you would like to stay a full day and we have availability, ask for the 1/2 nightly rate.

If you have any special requests, such as baby items, please let us know as soon as possible.

We try to provide many of the staple items you might expect at a residence, so if we are running low or you think should be provided, let us know so we can have delivered to the house.
