THE SPACE
* Kitchen
The kitchen is cheerful, well-stocked, and ready for guests who enjoy cooking, snacking, or gathering over coffee. It includes pots, pans, serving utensils, glassware, dishes, and outdoor plasticware for up to eight guests.
Newer appliances are available, including a dishwasher, microwave, Ninja blender, gas stove, toaster, and refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. A Brita water filter jug is also provided for guest use. Guests will also enjoy a separate coffee station with a Keurig K-Crema, making it easy to start the morning with coffee before heading out to explore Appleton. The
cozy kitchen table by the window offers a sweet spot for breakfast, coffee, or planning the day. The kitchen blends modern convenience with vintage charm, including black-and-white flooring, warm wood accents, and a welcoming gathering place feel.
*Living and Dining Room
The main living space is warm, comfortable, and full of Craftsman charm. Guests can relax on the newer leather couch and cozy chair while enjoying the 55-inch Smart
TV. The room features beautiful hardwood floors, rich original woodwork, large windows, and a welcoming layout that feels both historic and
comfortable. The dining room is spacious and inviting, with an antique buffet and dining table that seats six comfortably. The table can be extended when needed, with three
leaves available and stored in the basement. This is a lovely space for meals, games, conversation, or gathering with family and friends. Together, the living and dining areas create a charming open gathering space with original Craftsman details, warm wood trim, and plenty of room to relax, dine, and enjoy time together.
*Main Bedroom
The spacious main bedroom is designed for comfort, rest, and a little extra room to unwind. It features a king bed with luxury linens and a comfortable Four Seasons mattress, creating a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. The room also includes a cozy reading nook with a chair by the window, perfect for morning coffee, quiet reading, or relaxing with natural light. The room also includes a 55” smart tv, lamps with charging ports, ceiling fan, sound machine, and a full length mirror. For guests who need to work during their stay, the bedroom offers space for a portable desk setup, making it easy to create a private home office within the room.
* Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is a charming and comfortable retreat with a queen bed, luxury
linens, and a Four Season mattress for a restful night's sleep. The room also includes a TV, ceiling fan, sound machine, warm lighting, and beautiful hardwood floors, creating a cozy space to relax and unwind. The large closet provides extra guest conveniences, including a crib, yoga mat, extra
linens, luggage rack, ironing board, iron, and a queen air mattress. The queen air mattress may be set up in the living room if additional sleeping space is needed.
* Bathrooms
The Cozy Craftsman includes one full bathroom upstairs and a convenient half bath
on the first floor. The main full bath is located on the second floor near the bedrooms and features a large shower, luxury towels, and beautiful original Craftsman details.
One of the special features of the upstairs bath is the original built-in linen cabinet,
along with a matching vanity and medicine cabinet that reflect the charm and character of a home over 100 years old. These warm wood details give the space a unique historic feel while still offering the comfort and convenience guests expect.
The first-floor half bath is easily accessible from the main living area, making it
convenient for guests during the day. Both bathrooms blend modern comfort with the home's original Craftsman charm, thoughtful shelving, and a cozy, welcoming feel.
* A washer and dryer located in the basement are available for your use. *Outdoor Spaces
Relax and enjoy the outdoor spaces at The Cozy Craftsman. The backyard offers a
cozy fire pit area and grill, perfect for unwinding after a day in Appleton, enjoying a quiet evening outside, or gathering with your registered guests.
Cornhole/bags are also available for guests to enjoy on the lawn. The boards and bags are stored in the basement and may be brought outside to play in the grass. Please return them to the basement after use. The front porch is one of the home's special features, with comfortable seating and a peaceful view of the beautiful full flower garden. It's a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee, read a book, or simply take in the charm of the neighborhood.

Guest access
Guests have access to the main living spaces of the home, including the living room,
dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, front porch, backyard, driveway, and outdoor
seating areas.
Please do not enter any locked closets, garage areas, or spaces marked Private or Owner Use. These areas are reserved for owner storage and maintenance.
Only registered guests included on the reservation may use the property.

Other things to note
Minimum booking age: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old, must stay at the property for the full reservation, and is responsible for all guests
on the reservation. No third-party bookings are allowed.

The home is located on a busier residential street and across from a
school, so guests may hear occasional daytime traffic or school activity. For comfort, we provide a sleep sound machine to help create a restful sleeping environment.
