We're a five minute drive to historic downtown Franklin, 10 minutes to cool springs, and 25 minutes to Nashville, ensuring easy access to all the attractions and amenities the area has to offer.

There are separate quarters on the property, each with its own private entrance, and designated parking space(s). Every shared wall in the main home has been doubly "soundproofed" providing significant sound suppression so each guests can peacefully enjoy their own private space and experience. Still, we ask to please be mindful of other guests, and try to keep noise at a considerate level.

Feel free to play and explore the grounds at your leisure. You have full access to the Country Cottage suite, parking, the fire pit, garden, chicken coop and children's swing. Make yourselves at home!
