The Cockleshell - Hilton Head Island

Welcome to The CockleShell!! The minute you enter the condo, you will feel at home. The bright light and renovated space will be the perfect home base for your group's adventures on Hilton Head Island.

As you enter, to the left of the foyer, you'll find a large and comfortable living room complete with a Smart TV, games, and puzzles. Spend time on the main balcony, with a peaceful view of the lagoon and fountain. The CockleShell is an end unit, so you can enjoy your morning coffee in your PJs because privacy won't be an issue.

The open-concept area includes a dining area, a table for 6, and an additional balcony you won't find on interior units. The kitchen is well equipped for family dinners or big pre-beach breakfasts and includes brand-new appliances, granite countertops, and a tile backsplash. The pantry offers plenty of storage.

The large half bath is convenient to the "living" portion of the condo and is big enough to serve as an additional "getting ready for the day" area.

As you move to the back of the condo, you will find the "bunk" room complete with a bunk bed, trundle bed, and separate twin-sized bed. The smart TV will be a welcome break after a long day in the sun. You can also find a pack-and-play provided in the large closet.

Next door is the secondary bedroom with a queen-sized bed and, of course, another Smart TV.

Directly across the hall is a full bathroom, which has been updated.

You will find the primary bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom at the end of the hallway. The third balcony in this space offers a lovely place for some quiet time away from the group. The primary bath has also been updated.

We have tried to make your stay as convenient and pleasant as possible. We provide all towels and linens, starter packs of toiletries, toilet paper, and kitchen essentials. We also offer a beach wagon, cart, four chairs, toys, and towels.

Shared laundry machines can be found ten steps from our front door.

Our complex features a pool, sports courts for tennis and pickleball, picnic tables, a grill, and a lagoon that surrounds the buildings! We are a smaller, gated access community that offers the feeling of seclusion while being located so close to all the fun!
