The Cavern Haus includes the main Haus and private studio, 11 guests, offers multiple sleeping areas, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, kitchenette, laundry, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, off of Exit 8.

The space
The Cavern Haus is a newly renovated barndominium-style home offering both the main house and private studio together as one spacious stay. It’s perfect for families, groups, traveling professionals, military stays, relocations, or guests who want extra privacy while staying together.

The property includes multiple sleeping areas, bathrooms, a full kitchen, comfortable living spaces, laundry, and separate entrances. The studio side adds extra privacy with its own entrance and yard area, while the main house offers plenty of room to gather.

Located near Exit 8 in Clarksville, The Cavern Haus gives guests easy access to restaurants, shopping, major roads, downtown Clarksville, Austin Peay, Fort Campbell, and local attractions like Dunbar Cave.

Guests booking the entire place will have access to both sides of the home, including parking on the concrete areas by either street side.

Guest access
Guests booking the entire Cavern Haus have access to the full property, including the main house, the private studio, both entrances, the laundry area, and the outdoor spaces connected to the home.

Guests may use both entrances during their stay. The main entrance is located by the gate, and the studio has its own separate private entrance.

Parking is available on the concrete areas only, including parking by the main entrance and the studio-side parking area may also use the gravel.

The gate opens manually. Please open and close it carefully when entering or leaving the property.
