History of the Tech picture! I had a rental across the St. that was in the Goin' Band of Raiderland for 15 yrs. The first kids put this in their living room. The weekend I was finishing the Tavern, that house turned over and they gave this to me.

Need to work on your putting...be sure to bring your clubs, or use the ones I have for some friendly putts for shots!

Horse Shoes, Corn Hole Boards, Washers, lots of fun to be had at The Freaky Tiki!

Sit and chill by the gas Fire Pit.
Please keep the glass pretty and let other guests enjoy it also. This isn't a campfire, so please NO S'mores!

Gas grill and propane is provided, all you need to do is bring the meat, and let me know what time we eat!!

Aloha! 🌴 I’m Beverly Davis, and I live in Lubbock, Texas, with my husband, Tony. I’m a proud mom to our daughter, Allison, and a very blessed grandmother to two precious granddaughters! After more than 20 years working at Lubbock’s local ABC and CBS television stations, I retired in 2025 to devote more time to my family and one of my greatest passions—21 Raider Alley! My journey began in 2004 when I recognized the need for affordable, safe, and comfortable housing for Texas Tech students. As a mother, I understood how important it was for parents to know their children had a welcoming place to call home. After purchasing my first rental on 21st Street, I fell in love with the neighborhood and continued adding homes over the years. In 2017, I decided to share that same feeling of home with travelers visiting Lubbock for Texas Tech events, family, work, or a little getaway. That’s when The Copacabana and The Bung became vacation rentals, and The Island was born! In 2021, I expanded my little tropical paradise with The Beachcomber, The Hut, and The Freaky Tiki. I’ve always loved creating welcoming spaces, and my years in television gave me a creative side that I now pour into decorating, renovating, and adding special touches to each property. Today, retirement means more time with my granddaughters, more time bringing new ideas to life at 21 Raider Alley, and more opportunities to welcome wonderful guests! My goal has always been simple: provide a clean, comfortable, memorable place where guests feel right at home.
