We're the Jones Family - Ben, Jennifer, Evan, Nate, and Jason - and it's our absolute pleasure to welcome you to The Balcony, our beloved beach home in the Outer Banks For our family, the beach has always been a special place, we love the ocean, seafood, and most of all, the beach memories we have created through the years. Owning a beach house was a long-held dream, and in September 2020, we turned that dream into reality. Since then, we've dedicated countless hours during the off-seasons to meticulously craft the space into not just a house, but a reflection of our family's heart and style. The Balcony is much more than a typical beach rental—it's our second home, a labor of love, and a piece of our dream. We hope you find as much joy and comfort in our home as we do.
