The Addams House, named in honor of SenatorWilliam Addams, is in the heart of Lancaster’s historic district, and is a short walk to the Central Market, the Lancaster Convention Center and the hospital. The Musser Park neighborhood is known for it's colonial architecture and tree-lined streets that provide travelers with a portal into America's past. The home is close to the city's best breweries, dining, shops and more! The Addams House was recently restored with tasteful touches throughout and includes one off-street parking space. The home has one bedroom, an updated bathroom, and a convertible couch in the living room for an additional sleeping area . The space hints to a past when things were simpler while highlighting the creature comforts one demands of today's modern spaces. Recessed lighting, hardwood floors, and high quality linens ensure a good night's rest, while the Smart TV and Xfinity high-speed internet provide travelers the peace of mind of staying connected. The home is filled with light throughout and offers enough space for two guests to enjoy comfortably. The home is professionally cleaned and cared for, and our team is here to ensure your experience in staying with us is the absolute very best. The Addams House is dog friendly! Up to two medium sized dogs (65 lbs each) are permitted in the home at a rate of $75 per stay, per pet. Unattended pets left in the home must be kenneled. Rental agreements greater than 30 days require an additional<em> refundable</em> security deposit of $250 per pet and additional pet rent of $50 per pet, per month will be charged separately. No other animals to include cats, birds, or reptiles are permitted at The Addams House. The home is 420/smoker friendly, but in outside areas only, at least ten feet away from windows and doors.
