Guest Access:

*Guests have access to the inside of the home, private patio and backyard pool oasis.

Other Things to Note:

*We have pool and landscaping companies that may be by during your stay to care for the property. They try not to disturb anyone during their stay. I will let you know if your stay coincides with either of these.

*The pool is serviced once a week on Thursdays and may get dirty between cleanings. There is a vacuum that runs a few times during the day and evening to help keep the pool clean. Wind storms, dust storms, & Haboobs happen here in the desert, particularly during the summer swimming months. If this happens, the pool will get extra dirt and debris in it. There is a pool skimmer and brush available for your use during your stay.
