We are located in Colonnade Club within Shipyard Plantation. Our community is at the end of a segment so we do not have any pass-through car traffic, which makes for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Shipyard and Colonnade are very close to the popular shopping and dining area of Coligny, as well as the newer Beer Garden and Eats called The Bank (adjacent to Shipyard Pope Ave. Entrance)

Within Shipyard, we have two Spas, a Golf Course and Brickyard Pub (at the golf course). The Sonesta Hotel is also located within Shipyard. Check out our preferred restaurant and shopping details, also provided in the unit, and on our social media accounts!

Shipyard has beautiful walking/bike paths throughout the entire community with views of the golf course, nature and wildlife. Please keep your distance from all wildlife, let them enjoy their home as you visit. No Fishing is allowed within Shipyard Plantation at any of the lagoons. No e-bikes are allowed to be used within Shipyard.
