No Smoking on Property Clause and Policy:

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including but not limited to inside the home, on porches, driveways, garages, patios, terraces, and any outdoor spaces within the property boundaries. This ban covers all forms of smoking and vaping, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana, and any other substances. Guests are responsible for ensuring all members of their party and any visitors fully understand and comply with this no-smoking policy. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs associated with cleaning, deodorizing, or repairing any damage caused by smoking. Repeat offenses or failure to comply will lead to immediate eviction without refund. By booking and staying at this property, guests agree to abide by these terms. The property owner reserves the right to enforce the no-smoking policy and to take any necessary actions against violators, ensuring a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors.
