Guests are responsible for ensuring all members of their party and any visitors fully understand and comply with this no-smoking policy. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs associated with cleaning, deodorizing, or repairing any damage caused by smoking. Repeat offenses or failure to comply will lead to immediate eviction without refund. By booking and staying at this property, guests agree to abide by these terms.
