- Bedroom One: A king‑size bed, individual heater, and a window seat overlooking the sparkling ocean.
- Bedroom Two: Two full beds, also with individual heater and a cozy window seat.
- Both rooms feature gorgeous ocean views, perfect for daydreaming or curling up with a book.
- A full bathroom with a walk‑in shower completes this level, offering convenience and privacy.

Middle Floor – Heart of the Home

Head downstairs to the second level, where the home truly opens up.
- Oceanfront Deck: Slide open the patio door and step out onto a scenic deck equipped with a gas grill, chaise lounges, chairs, and a dining table for four.
- Living Room: A comfortable space with a roomy sofa, cozy gas fireplace, Xfinity TV for movie nights and a built‑in Bose stereo system for music.
