When you enter Sunset Hideaway on the top floor, you’ll be greeted with vaulted ceilings and sunlight streaming through skylights. This level provides two comfortable bedrooms designed for rest and relaxation.

- Bedroom One: A king‑size bed, individual heater, and a window seat overlooking the sparkling ocean.
- Bedroom Two: Two full beds, also with individual heater and a cozy window seat.
- Both rooms feature gorgeous ocean views, perfect for daydreaming or curling up with a book.
- A full bathroom with a walk‑in shower completes this level, offering convenience and privacy.

Middle Floor – Heart of the Home

Head downstairs to the second level, where the home truly opens up.
- Oceanfront Deck: Slide open the patio door and step out onto a scenic deck equipped with a gas grill, chaise lounges, chairs, and a dining table for four.
- Living Room: A comfortable space with a roomy sofa, cozy gas fireplace, Xfinity TV for movie nights and a built‑in Bose stereo system for music.
- Dining Area: Seats eight at the main table, plus three counter stools for casual meals.

and stairs to the sand.
- Extras: Four beach chairs and a selection of beach toys for children. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
