About this place
This stunning new home, built in 2024, offers breathtaking lake views and features a boathouse equipped with water toys for your enjoyment. Don’t miss the incredible sunrises over the lake each morning!
The space
The large back patio, which overlooks the water, is shaded in the afternoon, providing a perfect spot to relax, even in the summer. The boathouse includes a roll-up door, granite bar top, a refrigerator, and a microwave,creating an ideal setup right on the water. Bring your own boat as there is a ramp to launch less than a mile from the house. Feel free to tie up to the dock during the day and you can park boat and one vehicle on the road in front of house. We kindly ask that you do not have more than FIVE cars on property, including boats. Three in the driveway and two on the road in front of the house. That is the maximum. PLEASE do not park in front of any of our neighbors properties. Thank you!
Girls trip? Would you like a PRIVATE PILATES class with my favorite certified instructor on the large patio or dock? Message me! We can also give recommendations for a great custom charcuterie board for pick up in Tyler and also a private chef recommendation (from one of our past guests).
We have 4 bikes for your use as well when you’re not on the water.

This is a SMOKE FREE and pet free property. We appreciate you accepting this policy during your stay. There is a $150 fee for non compliance.
