The stillness of the farm wraps around you — a quiet, green escape from the city's pace, where slow living isn't a concept, it's simply the default.

The space
1. Location:
We are located in Chaul, Alibaug. Chaul is a historic village near Alibaug, known for its deep-rooted history, Portuguese ruins, and coastal landmarks. Chaul is about 10 kms away from Alibaug. We are about 3 hours away from the Mumbai and 4 hours away from the Pune by road. Mandwa jetty is 30 kms away from us.

Nagaon is the nearest beach, about 4 kms away. Kashid (white sand) and Revdanda are other beaches you could visit. Korlai fort, Revdanda fort, Birla temple and Datta Mandir are other historic places to visit.

2. Property:

You will have exclusive access to the ground floor of the property with amenities is available to you.

o Spacious living room equipped with a 32-inch TV and board games
o Kitchen equipped with a fridge, induction stove and basic pots & pans
o 2 bedrooms equipped with AC and queen size beds | 1 bedroom has an attached washroom
o 1 Common Washroom

A full-time care taker will help to keep the house clean. You could order meals from home cooks nearby or from Zomato. Our caretaker will provide references of home cooks and deliver from them.

Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the ground floor of the property. Parking will be shared if there are guests staying on the first floor.

Other things to note
We typically experience voltage fluctuations during the summer. There is a chance that ACs may not work on a one-off day. We will keep you posted on the electricity situation.
