Sunrise Bay Hideaway - Granbury

Stunning lakefront home is an amazing Granbury hideaway. Located on a quiet cove off of the main body, your views of sunrises are amazing! 3 miles from downtown Granbury, you are away from it all yet a short ride to shopping, dining and Granbury town square. Go for a kayak trip-- there are wetlands and a small island to explore. Sit on the porch and sip some coffee or a cocktail, there are fans to keep you comfy in the summer. Read in the deep library chairs with a lake view. Play board games or create art (huge table seats 10, excellent for art retreats or large dinners!). Lots of seating and plenty of room to spread out. Water is around 7 feet deep at the end of the dock, so last one in is a rotten egg! Kitchen with all amenities, 12 cup coffee pot, espresso maker, electric griddle, blender, full use of french door refrigerator and more. Amazing master bathroom shower lends a true spa like atmosphere. 4 kayaks are provided along with life jackets. Bring your own floats and sit out in the water all day! Truly a paradise here in Texas. Close to DFW, less than an hour from Fort Worth and so many other day trip destinations such as Glen Rose and Waco. Good fishing too, so bring your poles. Boat launch is a 30 second drive if you bring your boat or jet skis! Local grocery at the end of the road for last minute shopping. Make some amazing memories here at Sunrise Bay!
