TIP: We designed Pinetree Chalet rooms to be flexible in accommodating our own large family gatherings... with a mix of couples, singles and families. Tell us about your group and we'll recommend your best sleeping configuration.

SUGAR PINE SUITE
Pinetree Chalet's multiple levels are built to follow the natural slope of Tod Mountain. The first living level is a self-contained suite with 9' ceilings to encapsulate the magnificent view.

TIP: The Sugar Pine Suite is a terrific 'oasis' for: grandparents, young family, honeymooners... anyone appreciating a separate space to retreat to.

NEED MORE?
Ask about optionally adding Lodgepole Hideaway - a lower-level large room with two sofa beds plus ensuite with shower. This room has been used as a hang-out area for kids, honeymooners, extra beds for singles.

TECHNICAL PROVISIONS:

• HRV air-exchange replenishes stale air with fresh. Air is cooled in summer and warmed in winter

CHILDREN & INFANTS:
We are licensed to host up to 16 guests of any age. To ensure your booking complies with Sun Peaks bylaws, enter ALL GUESTS under 12 as "CHILDREN" (not infants). We provide a pack n' play with change area, bassinet, baby monitor, high chair, toys, kids dinnerware, books & movies by request. These items are included for groups with up to 12 guests, or guest fee for 13-16 guests. Ask about our Steamridge toboggan rental.

CONCLUSION:
It's impossible to overstate the grandeur of the open-air hot tub. Star gaze in the evening, watch skiers glide by in winter - or the creek in spring, and soak in the majestic four-season views. The surrounding evergreen trees offer privacy.

Enjoy the sound of the nearby creek and abundance of wildlife. Follow the creek up Tod Mountain to explore peaceful trails through the woods.

Two decks and three private balconies offer spaces to enjoy creation and nature outdoors.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the Main House with 4 bedrooms plus separate 2 bedroom suite. These have separate entrances and are accessed via an outdoor covered stairway.

Exclusive use of the hot tub.

Parking for up to 5 vehicles.

There is no access to the garage and storage areas.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We're licensed for short-term stays for up to 16 guests. Ask us about long-term rentals, day-use visitors, or a small venue destination wedding or similar event.

The chalet has true ski-in access, with an easy walk to strap on your gear and take the connector directly to Sunburst and Sundance lifts.

The Sunburst Estates area is a prime location with residents. Guests should uphold Sun Peaks bylaws - no noise or hot tub use from 10pm and 7am. No parties.
