The House:

Our villa is designed with your relaxation in mind. The spacious living area is tastefully upscale with a nautical theme, featuring an expansive sofa and a large flat-screen TV for those relaxing movie nights. The large and open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to whip up a delicious breakfast before heading out for the day. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or take them outside to the amazing outdoor deck, where you can dine, entertain, and kick back soaking up the warm sunshine.

The villa boasts two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The master suite features a king-sized bed for maximum comfort, an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, and direct access to the patio. The second bedroom offers another king bed and 2 twin XL bunk beds, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality linens and ample storage space to make you feel right at home. There are also two well-appointed bathrooms the second with a tub for kids, ensuring everyone has plenty of space and privacy.

Step outside, and you'll be ready to entertain all your guests. Complete with a nice seating area and a grill. Just a short walk away is one of five pools in the complex, where you'll find lounge chairs and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing by the water with a good book or simply basking in the sun while the kids play.

Parking for two cars is available (not assigned) in the resident lot steps from the villa's front door.

PETS:
DOGS ONLY! are allowed in property at an additional fee of $200.00 (non-refundable). They must be identified at time of booking and that fee will be added to your account before your arrival.
NO MORE THAN 2 ALLOWED

If we discover that other animals, such as cats, were in the property, a damage claim up to $200.00 could be added.

* Bath Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Master Bedroom, and 1 set for each bed in guest Room. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day.

*Also supplied: "Starter Sets" - Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps, Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner.
