Sunny NYC east village 2bed apartment - New York

Beautiful sunny apartment in a amazing location. Walk into a eclectic apartment with exposed brick, natural light, and a modern kitchen. Located right next to the famous Tompkins square park. And some of the most world renowned restaurants in the city. Public transportation is within a 10 min walk. Also walking to soho, lower east side union square, west village, noho, nolita is all easy to get too. If you want to feel like a true New Yorker it’s here…

KITCHEN: The Kitchen has a gas stove with 4 burners.

LIVING ROOM: The open kitchen/living room has 2 windows and one will hold the a/c unit in it and you are more then welcome to use.

BEDROOM: The bedroom is located away from the street so it is pretty quiet. The full size bed is from casper mattress and is very comfortable. There is a top dresser in there which is empty so you can use.

There is a large queen bedroom also available at certain times. I prefer having 2 guest but can host more if it makes sense also. I would just need to get more details about your stay of course if there is more people.

BATHROOM: My bathroom is very clean and will have soap and products for your daily needs .

BUILDING: typical old school nyc east village apartment. A 3 flight walk up to the door. A very quiet old school building with a great view of the city on the roof for your enjoyment.

I will provide bedding and towels for my guests. I also supply a couple of rolls of toilet paper, dish detergent, kitchen towels, trash bags and a roll of paper towels. Additional cleaning items will be under the kitchen sink, if needed.
