Perfect location, and surprisingly quiet for NYC, East Village studio apartment. Steps away from St Marks and the historic Tompkins Square Park. A few blocks from almost every Manhattan train line. Great bars, restaurants, cafes, delis, are all nearby. Laundromat just around the corner. Pre-war building, one flight walk up. I lived here for many years, so this is the place for you if you want to live like a local.
