In the backyard you will find an oversized boat dock and sun patio for lounging and fully enjoying the Florida sun. Tip: Rent a boat (ask for details) and go explore the countless channels and waterways of Cape Coral and the surrounding islands. Go fishing on the Caloosahatchee River or in the Gulf of Mexico or take a romantic boat trip during the sunset.

Sunny Daze Villa is suitable for up to 10 guests and is fully decorated with taste. It comprises of over 3100 sq ft with 4 bedrooms plus den, 3 bathrooms, family room, a beautiful spacious living room with foyer, dining room, Florida garden patio (perfect for laying out in the hammock) and a huge lanai (patio) area. Everywhere you will enjoy the beautiful views of the water.

The open kitchen, dining and living room as well as the Master bedroom are equipped with large sliding doors opening right out to the lanai and pool area. And as usual everywhere in subtropical Florida, swimming pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by full 'screen', so you can enjoy the outside in the evening - enjoy a delicious barbecue without being hindered by mosquitoes or insects. From the pool you have a beautiful view on our private dock wherein your boat is moored and with some luck, during the day you might even see a family of 'Manatees' swimming by and eating.

Sunny Daze Villa is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods of Palaco Grande in the Southwest Cape Coral. The extra wide 250 foot wide sailboat access canal gives access to the Caloosahatchee River which gives into the Gulf of Mexico. The southwest of Cape Coral are traditionally the favorite holiday resorts of tourists and nature lovers: Sun, sand and sea go hand in hand with a downright overwhelming area of beauty. Cape Coral is know as the "Venice" of America. There are over 400 miles of canals making it the city with the most navigable waterways in the world.

The Gulf of Mexico is nearby and shops, warehouses, restaurants and commerce's are located in the immediate proximity. River, Sea and Boat lovers will enjoy themselves in Cape Coral. At just a 20 minute drive you will discover the most beautiful beaches of Florida: Fort Myers, Captiva, Pine Island and Sanibel, the famous "shell island". Sunny Daze Villa is situated in a traffic-calm neighborhood, so walking and cycling in all safety will never be a problem. The pearly white beaches near the Gulf of Mexico will surely be inviting you for sunbathing, swimming, collecting shells or just a walk along the beach. At a 4 minute drive from the villa is many grocery stores to choose from, shops, movie theater and loads of restaurants.
