Welcome to Splash 1003E! This is a newly decorated 1 bedroom, 2 bath gulf front unit in the mid stack at Splash. So its not too high, but provides for fantastic gulf front views all the way to Panama City Beach and the Pier on the East to Destin on the West. The master bedroom provides for a king bed with new bedding, and along with the decorated accent wall, will provide for a peaceful, relaxing sleep. The built-in full size twin bunkbeds are great for the kids, and a brand new queen sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably sleep 6. The living room has a ship lap accent wall, with a 55" Flat Screen TV with a Smart WiFi Enabled Blu Ray Player for your favorite movies, or use to access your subscription to Netflix, Amazon Video, Youtube, or other content. There is new patio furniture to enjoy gulf front views with your favorite beverage to watch the dolphins play in the morning and beautiful sunsets at night. The kitchen is fully equipped, has all brand new Stainless Steel appliances installed. There's also a washer/dryer if needed. Your condo will have everything you need for the best family beach vacation, including a breakfast bar with seating for 4, and dining table with seating for two and a relaxing living area all can enjoy.

Kids of every age will be busy all day with the theme park amenities at the Splash Resort! Float down the beachfront lazy river, swim in the indoor and outdoor pools, and play with the many interactive features including an enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every minute, water slides, water cannons, and a splash pad. There's also an adults-only pool and hot tub within view of the kids play area including its own lazy river as well as a poolside bar. The adults will appreciate the state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and gulf. You can't forget the 400 feet of white sand beaches and beautiful gulf waters at Splash. This condo includes beach service with 2 beach chairs and umbrella in season (March 1 to October) which is a $230 value! There's also other beach activities available such as jet ski rentals, kayaking, sailboat rentals and all the other activities to make your stay a memorable and enjoyable event.

Parking Notes: The Parking Garage is located across the street from the two Splash Towers. Please keep in mind that the parking garage maximum vehicle height is seven feet and there is no guaranteed on-site parking for oversized vehicles. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini-vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on the property. There are spots set aside for check-in that you may use to unload. However, after picking up your parking passes, you will need to park in another spot in the garage. For guest safety, please use the skybridge on the Lobby Floor that will take you across the street to the towers. At the Splash gift shop on the skybridge, you will be required to pay a $35.00 Registration Fee to receive your parking passes and resort amenity wristbands. Parking Passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.
